Here's my current progress! Things will be a bit different because we have VIDEO!
A painted eye texture. I'm not 100% happy with the results, but at least it means that I know what I need to do to make it better.
We also had to create an eye using procedural systems in Photoshop.
And this is the painted eye attached to some geometry.
Same concept, but with shaders in Maya. I love using shaders. This eye would probably look close to the other eye if I built the eye better.
And what's an eye without a head? The head model is the retopologized head for the head sculpt in the last week. The head model is further down this page.
We had to make an item and display it in 2 point perspective. Unfortunately, I originally did it wrong, so I didn't have time to finish the back 2 point perspective.
And here's the same prop modelled out and with some extra goodies. (It is a rough concept model)

And here's a potted plant. I have some more animations, but I'm having problems uploading them. Will do so later.
